We are different from other online therapy platforms
We offer free 15-minute consultations. If you have questions or are unsure whether Counseling Made Easy is right for you, this is the perfect way to set your mind at ease. Most online therapy companies do not offer this service.
Unlike some online therapy companies, we will never try to sell you “messaging therapy” or “text therapy” as a stand-alone treatment. We believe therapy by messaging or texting alone, without live, real-time interaction between the client and the therapist, is clinically inappropriate. We do offer texting and other forms of messaging as a supplement between live therapy sessions, to give you extra support when needed.
Most online therapy companies are subscription only and bill by the month, not allowing you to purchase individual sessions. With us you can pay per session or purchase a bundle/package for savings.
We provide you with paperwork so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Many online therapy companies do not offer this service.
Our sessions are 45 minutes rather than the shortened 30-minute sessions offered by some online therapy companies. In our experience as clinicians we have found that longer 45-minute sessions are beneficial to some clients.

What is Online Therapy and is it Right for Me?
