I understand that if I do NOT want Counseling Made Easy to send appointment reminders to me by email and standard SMS messaging, I WILL NOT SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT WITH THE ONLINE SCHEDULER. I understand that I can schedule by calling Counseling Made Easy at 301-804-1892 or scheduling directly with my therapist.
